“My message today is: Together We Are Europe. And we are proud to be together, to live and share together. Together We Are strong. Together we are an economic superpower and a superpower of values in the world,” Metsola said.
She stressed the importance of Europe for citizens and industry alike, highlighting the need to safeguard the European way of life during uncertain times.
“We need Europe. Our families and our industries need it. Our European way of life must continue to be a compass to guide us in this turbulent world in which we live,” she continued.
Metsola ended her address with a message of confidence and hope in Europe’s people, underlining the power of unity.
“And with that genuine hope and confidence in our people, my message remains: We Are Europe. And when we are together we are unbeatable.”
