Flying Tiger Malta has announced that it will be closing its doors, bringing an end to the brand’s operations on the island.

In a post shared on Instagram earlier today, the company confirmed the news, writing, “It is with sadness that we announce that Flying Tiger Malta will be closing its doors.”

The Danish retailer, known for its colourful, affordable gifts, home items and seasonal products, also revealed that a final clearance sale is now underway, with all items discounted by 50% while stocks last at its Valletta store.

Flying Tiger had become a popular shopping spot for both locals and tourists, particularly for quirky gifts, stationery and festive items.

The announcement has sparked disappointment among customers, with many taking to the comments to express their sadness over the closure.
