Ta’ Qali’s once-green picnic area has now been unofficially christened “Jason Park” on Google Maps, in what appears to be a not-so-subtle jab at Jason Micallef, the official overseeing the site’s controversial redevelopment.
Locals have taken to Google Maps to leave reviews on the park, and let’s just say, unlike the gravel, they do not disappoint.
From camels and likings to the Sahara, commenters spared no creativity when leaving their mark under the controversial park’s new google maps entry.
