Starting on the 11th April 2026, every Saturday, lunch becomes something more than just a meal. It’s a curated experience by Executive Chef Clint Grech and his team, a personal selection of dishes that reflect creativity, seasonality, and that unmistakable Xara touch. No rush, no routine. Just plates that tell stories, one course at a time.

Enhancing the experience further are the ‘Sommelier Signature Gems’. A selection of thoughtfully chosen premium wines, recommended to complement the dishes.

The setting does its part too. Sunlight shining over the tables, a soft breeze drifting through the terrace, and views of Malta that stretch far beyond the city walls.
